Rana Daggubati, the antagonist of SS Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali, has turned 30 today. Rana Daggubati made his acting debut in the film Leader. Rana's debut film turned successful and his performance was applauded by the people and critics alike. He was awarded the Filmfare Award For Best Debut (male) that year.
He then went onto act in Hindi film Dum Maaro Dum. Though Abhishek Bachchan played the lead in the film, Rana's character was played a vital role in the film. Rana Daggubati recently helped the Chennai flood victims by actively participating in the initiative Mana Madras Kosam (For Our Madras). He collected relief material from the state of Andhra Pradesh and brought it all the way to Chennai. His act was appreciated by people of both the states.
